Chemsearch celebrates the launch of its first e-commerce website! The new www.chemsearch.ph is the first for NCH Philippines, as well as the first to roll out worldwide. Held at the NCH Philippines Inc. plant, the event was attended by Chemsearch’s regional officers namely, David Weiss, CEO for Asia Pacific, Peter LaVite, VP for Operations and Chris Zetena, Regional Tech Support. Celebrants included all NCH Operations and Chemsearch Managers led by Cezar de Ramos, Chemsearch Division Manager.

New hope for flood damaged vehicles

MANILA, Philippines - After more than a month, two typhoons wreaked havoc that shocked Northern Luzon. Typhoons Ondoy and Pepeng brought heavy rains that virtually drowned key cities in Luzon including Metro Manila.

According to Elizabeth Lee, president of the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, more than 20,000 vehicles damaged by flood are still waiting to be repaired and may even last until the first quarter of 2010. more...

Chemsearch to ramp up production next year

Chemsearch Philippines, a company that provides cleaning and maintenance solutions to firms and industries, will be ramping up production next year in light of a projected growth in exports and domestic sales. In a briefing on Tuesday, Paula Fochtman, Chemsearch-NCH regional vice president, said the company will increase its capacity in the next six months, but she did not say by how much. Cleaning agents for typhoon-damaged vehicles

Chemsearch Philippines is offering a wide array of products that can help flood damaged vehicles from breakage of their car parts, gears and joints or disruptions to electrical currents.

For water damaged vehicles, this requires complex cleaning and restoration on vehicle body, interior, engines, batteries, brakes, accessories and fuel tanks. NCH hikes output for exports of industrial maintenance products

NCH Philippines, the local unit of the Dallas-based industrial maintenance and cleaning solutions company, is beefing up its local manufacturing operations to serve strong export demands in the region.

NCH regional vice-president Paulo Fochtman said they are investing $800,000 next year as exports is expected to grow 50 percent and is expected to account for as much as 30 percent of the local unit’s total business from the current 19 percent. more...

Chemsearch investing P37M for expansion
CHEMSEARCH Philippines, an industrial maintenance and cleaning solutions provider, is spending $800,000 or about P37.60 million at an exchange rate of P47 per dollar, to finance an expansion program and support its growth target of up to 12 percent next year in its combined domestic and export sales.

Vanessa Marteena L. Tan, Chemsearch’s marketing director, said the additional production lines, to be operational by June 2010, will expand the capacity of company’s Cainta plant by about 30 percent. more...
